1 Definitions and Interpretation

The words and phrases used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The 999aq website (999aq.lat) and all associated digital services.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile through which services can be accessed.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited in the account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or reward given by 999aq.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, meaning the identity verification process.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The 999aq platform is only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. If any user provides a false age, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may have only one account. If one person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 999aq reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer) is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• 999aq reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• KYC verification may need to be completed before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal funds will only be returned to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus on the account are met.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the total bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• If funds are withdrawn from the account before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 999aq reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated.

4.3 VIP Program

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Any form of cheating, software bots, or use of automated tools.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using a third party's account or placing bets on behalf of others.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Providing a false identity or forged documents.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games displayed on the platform have their own detailed rules, which are available when the game loads. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant rules before participating in a game.

6.2 Technical Issues

8.2 Closure by User
